Late Victorian silver christening mug, of tapering cylindrical form with C handle, embossed with part fluting, flower heads and scrolls, hallmarked Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1898, H7cm, together with a mid 20th century silver christening mug, with C handle and engraved dedication to body, upon a stepped circular foot, hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd, Birmingham 1955, H8cm, approximate total weight 5.63 ozt (175 grams), (2)Condition Report:General wear commensurate with age and use, including surface scratches and nicks.Both examples with a few small indentations, and mid 20th century example with knocks to handle.Makers mark to Victorian example slightly worn, but otherwise hallmarks clear and legible.
